Localization & Accessibility Tips
Deliver inclusive teleprompter recordings by translating scripts, adding captions, and optimizing the interface for every viewer.

Translating Scripts
Use the AI prompt templates to generate translations, then adjust idioms manually. Keep sentences short and avoid punctuation that doesn’t map cleanly across languages. If you need multiple versions, create different `localStorage` slots by exporting/importing JSON (see TODO).
Caption & Transcript Workflows
- Record your session with VocalScroll.
- Upload the exported video to your captioning tool (YouTube Studio, Descript, CaptionHub).
- Sync the transcript back into your CMS and link it beneath the video for accessibility compliance.
Accessibility Settings
- Increase font size and contrast in the editor for visually impaired presenters.
- Use the `Mirror` toggle alongside screen magnifiers for presenters reading off mirrored glass.
- Enable keyboard shortcuts (upcoming feature) so presenters with limited mobility can control playback.
Multilingual Recordings
Capture multiple takes per language. Change the UI language using browser translation and swap fonts if the script uses non-Latin characters. Cross-link each translated video in your CMS for SEO benefits.
